Send us a Referral:
If an owner you referred decides to buy or sell:
- Call us at (424) 777-9848 or email us at [email protected], and provide the contact information for the property owner or renter.
- Fill out our Referral Form
- If you provide an owner or a tenant our number, tell them to mention you referred them during their first communication with us, whether email or call. We will not pay out a referral fee if they do not mention your name during their first communication with us.
- Owner referral for Property Management: $500.00
- Owner referral for leasing only: $250.00
- Renter referral: $100.00
- Payment will be issued after 60 days of an owner signing a management agreement with us or upon a tenant signing a lease with us.
If an owner you referred decides to buy or sell:
- They are referred back to you to make the sale.
- If a successful sale is made, absolutely no fees are due to Hawk Management from the sale.
