Ed Hochman

​Ed Hochman's career in property management started in 2003 when he took a job with AIMCO at a 1279-unit property in Woodland Hills, CA.  His primary duties were to supervise the maintenance team, and lease apartments.  He established and managed a "preventative maintenance program" and was ranked top leasing consultant, achieving a score of 100 in a blinded customer service satisfaction survey. 

In 2004, Ed was promoted to the position of assistant manager of a 279-unit, class "A", mixed use property in Los Angeles, CA where he managed the leasing team, coordinated resident relations, resolved resident complaints, and administered accounts receivables and payables.

A year later, Ed accepted an offer from Advanced Management and took the position of property manager on a 206 unit property in Lakewood, CA.  During his time there, Ed helped coordinate complete rehabilitation of the property, and was awarded the title "Manager of the year" in both 2006 and 2009. 

He was able to maintain very high occupancy levels while at the same time increasing revenues.  He initiated a profitable recycling program which was then duplicated companywide.   As a result of his success in managing the property, Ed was then hand-picked by the owners to help revive another property  they own. 

Upon completing his graduate studies in 2010, Ed left Advanced Management and took a job as a Regional Manager for Norman Jacobson Property Management where he successfully managed 17 properties in  Southern California.

In December 2012, Ed received his broker's license and decided to venture out on his own.  In 2013, he founded Hawk Management.

Ed graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California Irvine and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola Marymount University.


In 2020, Ed served as the Vice President for the Los Angeles chapter of NARPM, and in 2021 he became the chapter's President (see link below).

Katya Boccuti

Katya has been in the real estate industry for more than fifteen years and has been working in the field of property management for over a decade, making her an expert in real estate management matters. 

Her paralegal degree combined with her real estate knowledge has ensured an outstanding professional response in any situation that might arise.  She has helped many residential and commercial property owners  increase the values of their properties and decrease vacancy loss.  

She has worked on remodeling occupied multifamily buildings, fully leasing up brand new buildings, reducing the turnover at properties to help bring them 100% occupancy, created and maintained budgets, and more...

She is also Fair Housing certified which means she understands that fairness and knowledge of the regulations and compliance with the law, are all keys to keep tenants and owners satisfied.

Farhad Sami

Farhad has been involved in the real estate industry for over three years.  His past experiences in real estate and customer service have given him the passion to help others find their perfect home.

His ability to thoroughly communicate with prospective renters and desire to help people in any way that he can, lend themselves to making the renting process a pleasant experience.

JP Hall

JP Hall is a born salesperson.  His love of people and passion for serving them has seen him excel in high-level sales roles across a multitude of industries.
JP started his real estate career in August 2020.  His extensive sales experience across high end tech and compliance has reinforced his belief that there is virtually nothing on earth that brings as much personal satisfaction as being able to save another person time, money, or frustration because of the goods, products, and services you have to offer.  This foundational belief compels JP to excel for his clients.
An LA native, JP knows our city intimately. Every perfect park, hiking spot, beach - he’s done it all - loves it even more with his seven-year-old son.

Jesselyn Ramos

​Jesselyn is an experienced customer service representative.  She has many years of experience handling technical support, sales, and billing.
 
Jesselyn has a BS in Accounting and previously worked in the accounting and marketing department of Crown Asia, Inc., one of the largest real estate companies in the Philippines.

Currently she works as a virtual assistant for Hawk Mgmt, Inc. and handles accounts payable, work orders, lease renewals, past-due accounts, guest cards, advertising, inquiries for vacancies, and more...

Pauline Ramos

Pauline has extensive experience as a Quality Assurance Officer where she learned the importance of quality being observed on all aspects of the job.
She then decided to move outside of her comfort zone and jumped into the field of Customer Service.  Pauline worked with worldwide shipping companies and international banks: offering products, handling complaints, conducting investigations, she can be an "Ace of all trades".
She also handled a large team as the Lead of Operations of an agency where she conducted applicant interviews, manpower pooling, work deployments, payroll and billing, employee benefits processing, and client handling.  

Presently, she works remotely for more than four years bringing various skills that she obtained from her work experience.
From the beginning of her career, Pauline always practiced, quality over quantity because once quality is mastered, everything else steps up.
