Ed H. - License #: 01924661Ed Hochman has over 20 years of experience in property management, beginning his career in 2003 with AIMCO at a 1,279-unit property in Woodland Hills, CA. His early roles focused on supervising maintenance teams, leasing apartments, and implementing a preventative maintenance program. He earned top rankings in customer satisfaction, achieving a perfect score in a blinded survey.
In 2004, Ed was promoted to Assistant Manager at a 279-unit, Class "A" mixed-use property in Los Angeles, where he managed leasing, resident relations, and accounts receivable/payable. In 2005, Ed joined Advanced Management as a Property Manager for a 206-unit property in Lakewood, CA, where he led a major property rehabilitation and was named "Manager of the Year" in 2006 and 2009. He achieved high occupancy levels, increased revenue, and launched a profitable recycling program that was later adopted company-wide. His success led him to manage additional properties for the ownership group. After earning his MBA in 2010, Ed became Regional Manager at Norman Jacobson Property Management, overseeing 17 properties in Southern California. In 2013, he founded Hawk Management after obtaining his broker's license in 2012. Ed graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BA in Political Science from UC Irvine and holds an MBA from Loyola Marymount University. He served as Vice President and President of the Los Angeles chapter of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) in 2020-2021. Currently, Jesselyn serves as a Virtual Assistant for Hawk Mgmt, Inc., where she is responsible for a range of tasks including accounts payable, work orders, lease renewals, management of past-due accounts, guest card processing, advertising, and handling inquiries for available properties. Her attention to detail and organizational skills contribute to the smooth operation of the company and the satisfaction of its clients. Bea C.Bea brings extensive experience in customer service, having previously worked as a team manager specializing in after-sales technical support and work order management. With a strong passion for problem-solving, Bea thrives on challenges and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service in every situation.
She holds a degree in Communication Arts from Centro Escolar University in the Philippines. Outside of her professional life, Bea is an avid outdoor enthusiast, with a particular love for running marathons, mountain climbing, and biking. Her active lifestyle reflects her commitment to perseverance and goal-setting, qualities she brings to both her personal and professional endeavors. |
