Pricing​

 So, how much does professional management cost?

​At Hawk Mgmt, Inc. we like to keep things simple, and our pricing is no different:

​Our fees are as follows:

1) Initial set-up fee: $100.00.
2) Leasing: equivalent to one month's rent, or 50% of one month's rent if you sign up for our management services as well.
3) For Management: 7% of total receipts collected or $100.00 per month. (Whichever is higher)
​4) Renewal fee: $500.00.
5) All late fees and non-sufficient fund fees collected.
​
