Pricing​

 So, how much does professional management cost?

​At Hawk Mgmt, Inc. we like to keep things simple, and our pricing is no different:

​Our fees are as follows:

1) Initial set-up fee: $150.00.
2) Leasing:
                  Residential: equivalent to one month's rent, or 50% of one month's rent if you sign up for our management 
                  services as well.
                   Commercial: 5% of the gross value of the lease.

3) For Management: 8% of total receipts collected.
​4) Renewal fee:
                  Residential: $250.00.
                  Commercial: 3% of the gross value of the lease.
5) All late fees and non-sufficient fund fees collected.
6) $50.00 each quarter to file tax withholdings for out-of-state owners.
7) Property inspections: $150.00.
