2) Tenant Placement Guarantee - If a tenant we place in your property fails to abide by the contract and must be removed, or they simply break their lease in the first year, we will waive our fee to secure a new tenant.
3) Management Fee Guarantee - We believe that if we cannot collect the rent, then we should not be paid. You only pay us a management fee if we successfully collect the rent due.
4) Leasing Fee Guarantee - We do not charge you a leasing fee until the lease is signed and the payment has been made by the tenant.
5) Response Time Guarantee - Nobody like waiting for a response, that is why we promise to respond to all communication as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours.
