In the unfortunate event that a tenant needs to be evicted from your rental, we will shield you from the stress and re-rent the property promptly.

We screen our tenants credit score, a national criminal background screen, proof of income, proof of employment, past rental history and more to greatly reduce the risk of an eviction. However, they can still occur.

We offer Eviction Management services including

  • Sign and serve in the property owner’s name all notices required to initiate and pursue the eviction process
  • Commence and prosecute actions to evict tenants
  • Recover possession of the property in the owner’s name
  • Recover rents and other amounts due

Should we need to evict a tenant in the first year, we will re-rent the unit free of charge.

Rent Collection

We make sure you get paid on time, every time. You no longer have to worry about rent showing up in your bank account because we take care of everything so you have to worry about anything. We deposit the owner funds into an account of your choice, on or about the 20th of each month, at which time you will also receive a statement from us detailing the income and expenses for the month.

Maintenance

We conduct move-in, move-out, and periodic inspections using software that generates an easy-to-read PDF with photos and notes, providing owners peace of mind and ensuring timely maintenance.

Financial Reporting

With our detailed financial reporting tools, it's never been easier to keep tabs on your investment. You can log in to your owner portal 24/7 to view statements and stay in tune with how your investment is performing.

Eviction Protection

In the unfortunate event that a tenant needs to be evicted from your rental, we will serve the required notices and forward the case to our attorneys. In a regular eviction case, we will show up in court to testify. Should the case turn into a jury trial, we would charge hourly for our time.
