We start with a competitive rental price analysis which combines market data with our professional knowledge of current market conditions to give you the most accurate rental price possible. This will get the home rented fast and for the most that the market will bear.
Photos and Video Tours
If your property doesn’t look good online then prospective tenants will not want to come view it in person. We take photos and video tours of our homes and we even virtually stage four photos for you. Should you want professional photos taken, please let us know and we will arrange them to be taken. Please note that there is an additional cost for professional photos.
Online Advertising Exposure
We market your property through our property management software called Appfolio. It then syndicates the listing out to approximately 50 different websites, including all the popular rental sites like Zillow and Trulia.

We make sure you get paid on time, every time. You no longer have to worry about rent showing up in your bank account because we take care of everything so you have to worry about anything. We deposit the owner funds into an account of your choice, on or about the 20th of each month, at which time you will also receive a statement from us detailing the income and expenses for the month.
Maintenance
We conduct move-in, move-out, and periodic inspections using software that generates an easy-to-read PDF with photos and notes, providing owners peace of mind and ensuring timely maintenance.
Financial Reporting
With our detailed financial reporting tools, it's never been easier to keep tabs on your investment. You can log in to your owner portal 24/7 to view statements and stay in tune with how your investment is performing.
Eviction Protection
In the unfortunate event that a tenant needs to be evicted from your rental, we will serve the required notices and forward the case to our attorneys. In a regular eviction case, we will show up in court to testify. Should the case turn into a jury trial, we would charge hourly for our time.
